Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Visionix Player offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all premium features. We encourage users to thoroughly test the application during this period to ensure it meets their needs before purchasing a subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the application does not function properly on your device and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the subscription multiple times
  • Within 7 Days: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Issues with your third-party IPTV service provider (we are only a player application)
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Incompatibility with specific IPTV services not supported by our application
  • Device change (subscriptions are tied to device ID)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@visionixplayer.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your Device ID (DUID) - available in the app's Account page
  4. Include your purchase date and payment details
  5. Describe the reason for your refund request

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
