1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Visionix Player (the "App") or buying a license on visionixplayer.com (the "Website") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the service
Visionix Player is a media player application for Samsung Smart TV. It lets you play a playlist that you obtain yourself from a third-party IPTV provider, using the Xtream Codes API or an M3U link.
Important: Visionix does NOT provide, sell, host, resell or recommend any IPTV service, channel, movie, series, playlist or other content. It is solely a player. You are responsible for holding a valid, legal subscription with a provider of your choice, and for the content you access with it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use only legally obtained playlists and credentials and comply with the laws of your country.
- Do not use the App to access copyrighted content without authorisation.
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or resell the App or licenses.
- Do not attempt to bypass the licensing check or interfere with our servers.
4. Free period and license
- Every TV gets a free period (currently 30 days from the first start of the App). We may extend or run promotional periods in which the App is free for everyone.
- After the free period, continued use requires a license. The license is a one-time payment per TV, no subscription: it never renews and is never charged automatically.
- A license is bound to the specific TV (its network MAC address) for which it was purchased and is not transferable, except at our discretion when a TV is replaced.
- Payment is processed by iyzico. Confirmation is applied to your TV manually, normally within a few minutes, and the TV unlocks on its next check-in.
- A license grants the right to use the player. It does not include any content or any third-party service.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code and graphics are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the App.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App is error-free or uninterrupted, or that it is compatible with every provider, playlist format or stream.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Visionix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, from any content accessed through it, or from any third-party provider issue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Third-party services
The App connects to third-party services chosen by you that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content, availability, legality or privacy practices.
9. Termination
We may suspend or revoke a license and access to the App, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, us or third parties, including fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
